An existing apartment building in The Junction with external cladding that had weathered poorly required refurbishment which presented an opportunity for a more contemporary aesthetic treatment. The entire cladding system has been replaced along with new courtyard pergolas, other exterior building elements and a subtle but refreshed colour scheme.
