The ground level includes undercover secured parking, commercial tenancies and a central landscaped communal space. The design of two buildings (rather than one large building) allows every apartment to gain view outlook and natural light and ventilation to all Living and Bedrooms, whilst reducing the impression of a monolithic mass building.
