At Mark Lawler Architects, we believe that the most important attributes of an Architect are creative problem-solving skills combined with technical knowledge and an understanding of our human aspirations.
Design and Communication
Architectural design is a process of creative problem solving. Our analytical skills are utilised to firstly define the problems to be solved. Then, we use our design skills to propose creative solutions to address the identified problems. The design process is open-ended and is a path of discovery for all involved.
Good communication is key between the Client and the Architect. The desired outcomes in terms of quality, accommodation, cost and timing must be scoped and clearly defined. As Architects, we use this information to develop a unique design to satisfy these objectives.
